Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers subscriptions and one-time minute add-ons for Reelsmith.

1. Subscriptions

• You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals.
• After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then reverts to Free.
• We do not pro-rate or refund partial subscription periods, except where required by law.

2. Digital service & consumed usage

Reelsmith is a digital service that incurs real processing cost per use. Editing minutes already consumed (i.e., videos that were analyzed/rendered) are non-refundable. One-time minute add-on packs are non-refundable once any portion has been used.

3. When we do refund

We will refund, or credit, in cases such as: a duplicate charge, a charge after valid cancellation, or a sustained failure on our side that prevented you from using purchased capacity. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. How to request

Email support@reelsmith.video from your account email with your order/transaction reference within 7 days of the charge. We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and resolve approved refunds within 5-7 business days (bank timelines may vary).

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. Applicable taxes (incl. GST) are charged as required.
